Aware is a division of BuildingLink that provides technologies that unlock building data to enlighten building managers with intelligence that reduces costs and improves
the quality of life for all who use the building.
Aware fills in the gap in the market between standalone un-managed sensor solutions and expensive and complex building management systems and platforms.
Aware Internet of Things (IoT) solutions are simple to implement, cost-effective, and as non-intrusive as possible. Once a network is available our solutions are up and running in hours.
In order to provide solutions that can be optimally tuned for a specific deployment situation we design and manufacture most of our own sensor hardware. This allows us to be flexible and in control of the end to end solution. Our engineering team is located in New York City and we build most of our hardware locally (i.e. Made in the USA, and sometimes made in Canada).
Aware believes that IoT technology and Smart Building solutions should be easy to deploy, affordable, and provide immediate results.
